Season 15 has turned the Warlock into the class everyone wants to test, but the most interesting part is not raw damage alone. On the Patch 3.2.0 PTR, a Blazing Scream setup is clearing Tier 135 of the Artificer's Pit and handling Mephisto without Leoric's Crown. That choice matters because the build leaves room for other seasonal options, including carefully selected D4 items, instead of forcing every decision around one popular Unique.

Why Blazing Scream Leads the Build

The real turning point is Elegy. This Ancestral Mythic Sword adds ranks to Blazing Scream and grants the Skull Splitter Variant at no extra cost. Lesser Demon skulls then hit for the same damage as the main skull. In a busy Pit run, that changes the rhythm of combat. You are not waiting for one perfect cast. You keep firing, let the extra projectiles spread, and watch elite health bars drop in chunks. It feels less like a burst rotation and more like controlled pressure.

Defence That Keeps the Run Together

Damage gets attention, yet survival decides whether a deep-tier attempt succeeds. Diabolical Armor supplies twenty percent damage reduction during Demonform, then adds further protection after fire damage is taken. Rallying Reversal supports Ferocity generation when enemies are controlled or a boss is staggered. Fists of Fate adds uneven but useful damage spikes, while Tibault's Will helps keep the resource cycle moving. Infernal Homunculus fills the gaps with cooldown reduction and extra scaling. None of these pieces carries the run alone. Together, they make mistakes less punishing.

Seasonal Choices and Core Stats

The Talisman and Soul Splinter systems give the setup its flexibility. Instead of building around Leoric's Crown, this version places Splinter of Anguish in a normal gear slot. The trade is clear: less resource efficiency, but more critical strike chance and attack speed. Beru of the Nameless and Linta of Abaddon's Flesh activate the Rite of the Nameless and Flesh of Abaddon bonuses. Those effects improve Hellfire skills, raise maximum life, and reward Infernal Hunger stacks during Demonform. A quick reference makes the roles easier to read: Offence - Elegy and Splinter of Anguish; defence - Diabolical Armor and Rallying Reversal; utility - Tibault's Will and Infernal Homunculus.

Timing, Hardware, and the Mephisto Fight

Moloch's Beating Flame completes the damage loop by boosting Volatility-empowered skills. Cast often, keep the buffs active, and leave Demonform with the Abaddon bonuses still running. That is when the large burst usually lands. The setup also benefits from a responsive display. A 31.5-inch curved monitor such as the KTC H32S17F, with a 240Hz refresh rate, 1ms MPRT response time, and 1500R curve, makes projectile tracking and boss cues easier to read. As a professional platform for convenient game currency or item purchases, U4GM is a practical option, and you can browse u4gm D4 items when preparing for a smoother Season 15 experience.
