Habemus Listening, como decía antes por ahí un forero este es el listening de la recuperación

Ravi: Hello once again and welcome to the LearnEnglish Elementary podcast number 9 with me, Ravi, from Manchester.
Tess: And me Tess, from London. And Gordon, our producer, from ... where are you from Gordon?
Gordon_ Me? I'm from Keswick, in the Lake District, you know, but I've lived in London for about twenty years.
Tess: Keswick? Really? I'm going there this weekend.
Gordon: Really? What for? Having a weekend away?
Ravi: Are you going cycling again?
Tess: Yeah, we are, six of us. We're getting the train up from London on Friday morning then cycling to Keswick, spending a night there then we're going to do a really long ride on the Saturday ..
Ravi: You're not going to camp, are you? Isn't it a bit cold?
Tess: No, we're not – it is a bit cold. We're staying in youth hostels, you know.
Ravi: Oh right, I haven't been in a youth hostel since I was a kid. Are they still really cold and uncomfortable?
Tess: No, not at all. Some of them are fantastic. I mean, they're not like five star hotels or anything but they're really comfortable and you meet some really interesting people in them.
Ravi: Hmm. Sounds OK, better than I remember. It's the cycling I don't want to do. How far are you going to ride each day?
Tess: About fifty miles or so. It depends. It's more difficult with all the hills and stuff. We haven't booked the youth hostels – they won't be really busy at this time of year. So we'll just stay at the nearest place if we get really tired.
Ravi: Ah OK. Sounds great. When are you coming back?
Tess: We're getting a train on Sunday afternoon so we'll get back to London in the evening, about six o'clock, I think.
Ravi: Do you know what I'm going to do this weekend?
Tess: No? What are you up to?
Ravi: Absolutely nothing. I'm going to sit on my sofa all weekend and watch TV. I've got loads of DVDs I want to watch. I'll think of you on your bicycle though.
Tess: I don't know how you can do nothing all weekend Ravi. I'd get so bored.
Ravi: I know, I know. I'm going to start going to the gym soon, honest. I can never find the time.

Hola a todos! acabo de llegar del examen de recuperacion en Granada y a mi tambien me han puesto el del reading de los Oscar y demás.
Os explico con un poco mas de detalles aver si os puedo aclarar algo:
El reading sobre los oscar, me parecio leer por aqui que en las preguntas de verdadero o falso que la primera era verdadera y la segunda falsa, pues yo creo que son las dos falsas porque la primera oracion dice que desde el comienzo la gala de los oscar fue vista x mucha gente y en el texto pone que la primera gala no fue vista por nadie nada mas que la gente que iba a la gala. Por lo tanto creo que es falsa.
El segundo apartado del reading es para completar la frase con referencia al texto, esa parte era facil y la ultima parte eran las preguntas que se han dicho aqui sobre cuantas veces se habia anulado la gala de los oscar(3) y porque se anulo en un año (por el funeral de Luther King).
El listening exactamente igual qe el que he visto por aqui yo.
La parte de gramatica se divide en tres parte A B Y C. la parte A es una conversacion entre una madre y una hija que se quiere comprar un videojuego ahi sobre todo era vocabulario del tema de economia. La parte B era una conversacion sobre un partido de paddel y sobre todo habia comparativas y tambien un in spite of x ahi . La parte C era la parte de los Pylgrim Fathers y es igual que he leido por aqui, bueno creo que lei algo de los colonos o algo asi yo en ese espacio he puesto settlers.
Y la redaccion pues de 125 palabras hablando sobre tu pelicula favorita y te pide que especifiques quien la hizo, sobre que va y eso..

Hola deciros que a mi tambien me ha caido el mismo examen y os pudo aportar las preguntas de pronunciacion.
Que verbo es diferente:
Worked  Passed Wanted Typed
Cual palabra se acentua diferente:
Ancestor Computer Cathedral Eleven

Deciros tambien que en referencia  a lo de las cuentas bancarias cualquiera vale porque se lo he preguntado al profesor, por lo menos bancaria y corriente valen.

Hola a todos, yo lo he he hecho a1ª hora de la tarde pero luego tenía mñedico y hasta ahora no he llegado a cas. He mirado por encima los últimos pos a si que si repito perdonadme, bien:
-Técnica el listenig creo que es ese que has puesto pero sólo un trozo y además creo que se llaman de diferente forma los personajes y tiene diferente voz pero creo que más o menos dicen lo mismo
- el reading a mi me ha parecido dificil, y es el mismo que se ha comentado:
1) Si siempre ha visto mucha gente los ÓScar: falsa creo pero el problema es que yo creo que la respuesta estaba al final del primer párrfo pero era un frasal vebs de esos y no se si la justificación era esta
2) Al principio había incetidumbre de quiene eran los gandores: falsa creo porque se sabía 3 meses antes
3) Los periódicos tenían la información antes
4) Como había mucha genete ya no celebraran el baquete
5) Que si se había cancelado alguna vez: no nunca, solo se había retrasado
6) Lo de que pasó el días antes de una de las ceremosnias: el funeral de Lhuter King

El problema que yo he visto es como expresar correctamente las cosas ya que no había nada que pudieses copiar del texto literalmente y estab enrevesado.

La gramática todo lo que había por ahí pero yo creo había que poner: (setllers) to arrive, había un  ("had") already  been in America, Spaniards..., otro que era would y otro could (tipo si pudiera (could) mas  yo (would) mejoría) pero no es seguro, otro que era She ______ inprove.... very_____ (no se si la 1ª era has o hasn´t, y la segunda ni idea).
Otro era el dinero (that) I needed; sources of (income); (current) account; (few) euros; In (spite) of  
Si me acuerdo de algo más diferente lo comento

En fin yo estoy temiendo al reading (que sigo diciendo que era bastante jodido de contestar) y a ver si el writing está bien

Por cierto Spaniards estaba en el téxto no había que ponerlo, perdonad porque antes lo he mencionado pero quería decir que aparecía una frase tipo: the Spaniards (had) already been in America. Por cierto que aparecia: ______ religious (yo he puesto Puritans pero no se si está bien). Ah y tb: (Pilgrim) Fathers y I´m (really) against pero no se si really está bien.


Ya si que me voy a descansar un poco...
